Tom Condon
Tom attended Central Maine Vocational-Technical Institute where he graduated with an Associates Degree in Building Construction and Associated Technology before forming Condon & Fox Building Corp., in 1985, with his father-in-law Dave Fox. With three decades of experience he is both a highly knowledgeable general contractor and one of New Hampshire's most skilled carpenters.
John Condon
Tom's son John joined Condon & Fox full time in 2008 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Management and a minor in Studio Art. While at school he studied studio woodworking under Lynn Szymanski, and worked as a cabinet maker at Salmon Falls Woodworks.
